we raid 10s...dont really have days and times....we technically just say HEY LETS RUN SHIT and we do....like usually 6-8 is the range for starting....and we go as long as possible....no real days though...we could do like 2-4 a week pending on people...we are ALWAYS doing heroics though....but yea, you should come back...i miss ya mate =]
